Depends if you’re talking about like a bandages or like emergency period kit but I’d say best be safe than sorry. I always have one everywhere I go cause I never know.(Mines never guessable)
Yes and no? Like I had one and it was definitely helpful but you don’t need much in it. Hand sanitizer, bandaids (like one or two), an emergency pad or tampon, a small hair brush (maybe), a hair tie, a mini deodorant, and maybe gum or mints (we couldn’t have cough drops at my school and having a mint or something in my mouth helped somewhat). Keep it simple and small but I would have one since the one time you need it and don’t have anything will be the time you really regret it.
I have this bag full of things that I call an emergency kit even though it’s not, buttt for anyone who is wondering here is what’s in it!-Charger (and block)
-gum, extra snack and a piece of candy
-pads + period essentials
-Advil
-chapstick and hair bands
-band-aids and vaseline
-a pencil (because for some reason after every week or so using a pencil it disappears from existence 💔)
Here’s what I put in my emergency kit!Spray and stick on deodorant (so I don’t smell gross)
Hand sanitizer (so my hands are clean)
Dry shampoo (so my hair won’t ever be greasy)
Wet wipes (in case the stall runs out of toilet paper)
Mini perfume (honestly just a plus)
Bandaids (in case I get a paper cut or summin)
Mini mirror (because the only mirrors we have are weird)
A bunch of hair ties (in case me or one of my friends need one)
Chapstick (I struggle with dry lips so this helps)
Tissues (because the teachers always be running out)
Mint gum (so my breath isnt Stonky)
Tide pen (in case I get a stain on my clothes)
And hand lotion (again, really dry hands in the winter)
(I have a different bag for all my period supplies, and also I keep a medium sized brush and a comb elsewhere in my backpack)
You DEF do not need all this stuff!! We bought a lot because we wanted to but honestly just put whatever you want in your emergency kit!
yeah cause you never know emergancy kit:
-bandaids
-hair ties
-hair brush
-deoderant
-tide stick
-tissues
-lotion
-handsanitizer
-aquaphor or vaseline or any lip product
-nail cliper, file, nail glue if u wear or have long nails
-dry shampoo
-hair spray/wax stick if u do slick backs often
then in a separte mini bag i usally make it my period kit something small to carry to the bathroom:
-pads
-tampons
-advil/ibuprophen
-flushable wipes
-pimple paches
Avoid or be careful with scented sprays in your kit, they can be very irritating and I have a family member who was a teacher at my high school so I can tell you teachers do not like the students who spray perfume or body spray every day at their locker, put it in a gym bag or as a just in case but I would say use it only when really needed and go light on it. And never ever spray it in a classroom without direct permission of the teacher. The too much perfume/body spray around lockers or classrooms is a mistake I’ve seen a lot of freshmen (and some sophomores) make and I can honestly say upperclassmen can get annoyed by it especially since a lot of girls tend to stand in groups making it impossible to access lockers or pass in the hall
