I asked support, but I figured I'd ask if any of you knew as well.

I know we can block users, so we never see any of their requests/comments. I had a person get very rude with me early on. He's the only person I have ever blocked. Can we do the same with authors? I didn't see a button. An author posted to the supers saying that two books had been marked invalid. I figured the bots had done their normal shenanigans. He didn't give links to the editions on GoodReads, just Smashwords. I went there thinking I could find the ISBN and do a backwards trace. I was unaware that certain material was available on that platform. As a survivor, seeing those images and especially those words brought on a panic attack. I never want to encounter anything by him. I don't even know if he wrote them, and I am not going to be looking any further.

The block link for authors is way down at the bottom of the profile page, in tiny grey letters. Sorry you had that experience.
