Hi! Boyfriend and I decided to read a book together, but he's not much of a reader. He suggested a humorous, light, fantasy book in a medieval setting. Any recommendations?

There is Heartless by Marissa Meyer. I don't know any medieval book recs but heartless is the backstory of the queen of hearts from Alice in wonderland. It is a standalone and it is the best book ever lol. It is a bigger book but it does but quickly. The first few chapters can take a minute to get through but it is so good.

I mean I just finished shadow and bone and I feel like it was a pretty good one! Once you read it, it goes by fast and it does have a Russian/medieval vibe to it

This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me is set in a medieval era, it's humorous, and I don't really read fantasy, but this one will always stay in my heart
