I have never been a mod before
I think 3 strengths/qualities of a mod are the ability to listen, wanting the best for others, and being pretty active.
I think I work well with others. I'm in many clubs at my school and almost everyone in my grade is friends with me.
One way I would handle that situation is to maybe talk with the "higher ranking" mod, just to get a POV from someone outside looking in.
After communicating with other mods see if they think its okay to communicate with them every time. Give them a couple chances, each time removing their posts, and then if they continue that behavior "Suspend" them from posting for a while.
Help the group grow and be beneficial to everyone
Talk to them about it personally. Don't get a lot of people involved

Please answer each question honestly and thoughtfully. There are no βperfectβ answersβIβm looking for people who are responsible, kind, active, and genuinely interested in helping this group thrive. I know it seems like a lot but I feel the answers are important. I will probably take all the moderators but I may decide to be picky!
