Ooh okee...

Then I have one! I used to struggle bad with acne and I would get all the products and was my face nightly and it never worked... If you get Adapalene Gel USP, 0.1% and use one finger to put it on your face nightly it clears up acne like nothing!! Only use a very small bit though and apply a moisturizer such as lotion so your skin doesn't flake since its very drying... Just judge your own face 🙃
(Hope that wasnt a weird one but almost everyone struggles with acne at least once in their lifem)

Alright, sorry for posting on this again, and sorry for the long comment, but I have hair-changing advice :)

Lets go back a century or two to the victorian era, when not one of those ladies had shampoo or conditioner. Have you ever realized that they all ahd super soft hair and unbelievable length? There was an opera singer who had like, 6 foot hair. 6 FOOT HAIR. (Her name was Aline Vallandri, give her a search)
Anywayyssss
Shampoo and conditioner actually may be why we get breakage and weak, thin hair.
Those ladies used pantry staples that we EAT for their hair. Baking soda, apple cider vinegar, eggs. You heard me. EGGS.
Moving on.
Want a few tips for soft, long, and healthy victorian hair? Keep readinggggggggg!
1. Nylon brushes are your worst enemy. They actually pull your hair follicles from your scalp and do nothing to distribute the natural oils. Instead, if you use a boar bristle brush (has to be 100% boar bristle though… I got mine at a Sally’s Beauty store) it brings the oil your head naturally produces down to the rest of your hair, giving the rest of your hair a protective coat while making sure there isn’t too much oil on top to make you look greasy :) Oh, and brushing your hair while its wet is also bad, since your hair is wayyyyy weaker when wet.
2. Want some length? If you massage your scalp nightly it encourages hair growth. And I know it sounds terrible **shudders** but if you have naturally dry hair certain oils (like macassar and castor oil) help prevent breakage and also give your hair a protective coat. Beef marrow and lard works as well, but I feel like rubbing cow fat into my head is a nightmare… Oh and manuka honey also helps hair growth and scalp health
3. Eggs can help thicken hair because of the protein! It sounds realllllllyyyyy weird but if you make a certain mixture with eggs and some stuff like honey…. and other stuff. (sorry you gotta look up a recipe because my mom made it and I don’t remember what she put in it 😭) But only once a month because it could cause your hair to become brittle and break like a stick. Too much protein for it to handle ig. And certain oils help with certain things as well.
4. If not shampoo and conditioner, what should you use? For me, personally, (with my oilier head) I use baking soda and apple cider vinegar, the soda acting as my shampoo and the apple cider vinegar acting as my conditioner. I do around 3 | 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda in the bottom of a bowl with enough water to turn it into a watery paste (the baking soda will UNMIX from the water so you have to stir frequently) and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a mason jar (so like 22-24 oz. of water) and I apply like so; half the baking soda mixture, scrub it in for 5 mins, rinse. the rest of the baking soda mixture and scrub it in for 5 mins, splash with water (make sure theres still a bit of baking soda on your head). Pour half the apple cider vinegar on your head and let it sit for a few mins (it will sizzle but that means your hair is getting really clean) then rinse, pour the rest on and let it sit before rinsing it all out. :)

Im not good at explaining things so you should def do your own research and try it out! Its way cheaper than buying a bunch of hair products every week.
REMEMBER
Everyones hair is veryyyyy different so PLEASE look up and see other methods before trusting me blindly, but if you do this you will more than likely not regret it!!!!!!!!
Katherine Haircare on youtube is a good reference :)
