Heyyy, I'm a moodreader who only reads YA. I love physical books, ebooks and audiobooks. But when i get in a reading slump its not always because of a genre or anything, its because of the format. What i mean by that is, i could be reading a very good book on my kindle but i could get in a reading slump because i basically want to read that book in physical copy. But my library doesn't have it and im broke. Im not even an annotater but i was wondering if anyone else has this problem sometimes? I dont need book recs because I'm reading a very good book but sadly my library doesn't have it

I totally understand what you are saying. My library had the Shatter Me series available online and so many times I had to read and re-read that series online. It was horrible because there were like six or eight books in the series including the novellas. So for my birthday I got the whole series. It was pretty pricey since it is an eight book series but totally worth it. I always prefer physical copy
I get what you mean fs! I wonder if you could order it at the library or buy it on kindle or kindle unlimited?

My current physical library is closed because it is being rebuilt (and behind schedule) so unless I can get to another branch I can not get physical books. I live in Delaware, we have only 3 counties but there are many branches of the library. If I find a book I want to read that is not in my city library but in a branch 50 miles away I can put a hold on that book. If it is not currently checked out it will be delivered to my branch in less than a week. If checked out then as soon as it is returned, assuming I am next in line. Not everything I want is still physically available but considering the state only has one some what moderate city it helps with book variety.
Unfortunately discount books and good old fashioned discount bookstores are hard to find but sometimes goodwill has good books.
Does your area have the little book libraries? Sometimes I find a few YA reads in those.
As for audio, more often then not I dislike the voices, so I rarely listen to a book.
