Complex picks up directly after Savior (Book One) and builds on its characters, world and mysteries, so it won't make much sense on its own. If you haven't read Savior yet, you're very welcome to join, but please be prepared to read it first.

Complex Synopsis
Years ago, Perdita Sands lost her father to Cobalt, the corporation that shaped her world and then buried its own mistakes. Now she has stepped into his shoes, determined to right the wrongs of the past before history repeats itself.

Meanwhile, Cole Delivre, a scientist who died in 1964, brought back to save a failing future, is struggling to adapt to a life he never chose. The more he learns about the world he's meant to rescue, the more he begins to question it, and the people who brought him back.

As old secrets resurface and the lines between savior and weapon blur, both of them will have to decide how much of the past they're willing to confront.
