I'm open to the Jack Ryan series by Tom Clancy. I need to start with book 1 though. I've been meaning to read that series for a while.

Long library holds are the worst! When would you want to read Ms. Mebel? I can do any day so just let me know when works for you.

Which order would you want to read them? Publication order or chronological order?

The chronological order series is the default on Goodreads which is why The Hunt for Red October shows as book 3 even though it was the first book published.

Chronological - https://www.goodreads.com/series/4907...
Publication - https://www.goodreads.com/series/1717...

Publication order works for me! When do you want to start? I own the first few books in the series already so can start whenever works for you.

I don't think I'll be able to start for a couple of days, but I'm good whenever you want to start.

I'd love to buddy What Happened to Those Girls by Carlyn Greenwald & Most Likely to Murder by Lish McBride

I'm pretty open on dates, just sick right now so I probably can't start for a few days (hopefully better tomorrow or next day)!

I set up a thread with someone already for Most Likely to Murder starting on the 15th so definitely join in for that one.

For What Happened to Those Girls, how about the 18th? I set up a few for next week and the following week so don't want to overload.

Rachael ༊·˚ (rachael_d) | 284 comments Hmm, I just noticed that not all the seven parts have the same distribution in the number of tasks to complete. But regardless, every completed part will earn 5 bonus points.

Given this, I was wondering if perhaps we can also prioritise completing parts that have fewer tasks (like Part 3 and 7, which have only 12 and 15 tasks respectively) alongside parts that have a lot of the other tasks completed for already (like Part 1, where we've already posted for 7 of the 22 tasks)? Or is our current system fine as it is?

Jamie | 9213 comments Mod
I'm good with either. I usually just read a book and then see where it fits. The last couple that I've read, I scrolled to the bottom and worked my way up to see where it fits. I usually try to grab the harder tasks if possible.

message 29: by Hayley (new)

Hayley | 1497 comments i'm fine with whatever. I too read what i want and then try to find a task it fits after the fact.
