Possible bug in read records

I have 611 on my Read shelf, and there are two with a read count of 0. Both are ones where I marked it read but never entered any reading dates. That said, I have done that with dozens of books, and all the others show a read count of 1. I’m not sure what’s different about these two.
I have two that are 0, neither have read dates but another that doesn't have a date is set to 1.However i notice that the two at 0 have not date OR rating. So i think if maybe you don't date or rate it goes to zero?
...just checked add a read book with no rating, no date.. still went to 1. So seems to be a random bug.

I have tried sorting my read shelf after read date, and now I see a load of book that are wrong:I now have TWO copies of ถนนอำนาจ บาทวิถีคลั่ง with different “added” dates (this should not be possible). According to Goodreads I have read both. One with read count 1 and the other with 0.
I now have 7 page full of book shelfed as read but without a read date. There probably should be one or two. These books I have read recently, and are 100% sure I marked the read date:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
https://www.goodreads.com/review/edit...
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
Now they do not have a read date.
On top of that I have maybe 3 page full of books, I am pretty sure should have a read date, but not 100% sure.
It seems read date have disappeared in large numbers.
I used to keep a note sheet on what I read when, but stopped doing so sometime after starting to use Goodreads. I thought my notes and dates were safe here. It seems not: Books get changed and dates vanish.I have tried writing to support, but it seems that they do not read the actual content of mails. They gave me a guide to move a review from one book to another.
how frustrating, hopefully you've been doing exports regularly (collating that can be a lot of work) into one unified record, where the older ones may have the missing data.I noticed this a couple of years ago when the edition I read was changed for a few of my books, after this I stopped trying to find the right ed, and just pick anything random.
Also, books, where book details pages have been deleted - they've also gone along with my reviews.
And somewhere along the line I've also noticed read dates missing.
Luckily my book note include reading dates, and I'm using Storygraph more and more for this.
Support here, I discovered from a recent experience, has been rundown.
I've also noticed in the last few weeks the review form and the search form have a different look - are these signs that someone is doing something? Maybe, but I'm not going to get my hopes up too high.
I believe they are working on some kind of update, since the look of some of my pages has changed. I expect everything might get back to normal once they have completed. This seems to be an ongoing thing here...gotta fix what isn't broken.
I have now written six emails to support about this. Latest reply:

I have found another altered book: I have read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince two times. It is on the read shelf and yet the read count is zero. This should not be possible. The two read dates have been deleted.
Do you have altered books: Try go to you read shelf and sort it by read count. Do you have any with a read count of 0? (This should not be possible as read count is automatically set to 1 when adding a book to the read shelf).
I have tried contacting Goodreads Support. They are not very supportive. I got this reply “Kindly note that we do not we do not make changes on member records ... we recommend moving the review to the intended edition." (The edition I had has been deleted, and this does not addresses the problem of read dates, reviews and read counts vanishing).
