So, what are Muggles? Explain as much as you can!

Muggles are non-wizards. They cannnot use magic, and do not have many of the items the wizarding world has.

All they have to do is say a word and it turns on!*Changes voice back to normal instead of a mocking voice* I bet if everyone uses "Lumos" And used broomsticks global warming wouldn't exist!

I admit, Muggles aren't as lucky as us, but they are in great danger because of wizards. So we should'nt talk about Muggles like that... And Muggles cannot do magic. That is why they dont say Lumos.
