For a long time, I was in an abusive relationship, experiencing gaslighting that led me to believe the issues were my fault. It took years of therapy to heal and understand. During this time, my counsellor encouraged me to "name the hurt," and these moments became the words within my book.
"Shattered but Unbreakable," was born from a deeply personal journey through drinking, gambling and Lying.

Yes I wrote a book. It never intended to write a book. It was me trying to understand how I got in an abusive relationship, how I lost myself and me trying to find my voice. Many of me diary entries are woven into this novel, offering raw and authentic perspectives.

I hope survivors, those currently in abusive relationships, and anyone seeking real stories will find solace and understanding within its pages. I would love my words to reach someone that needs to hear them.
