Christian Writing & Reading Community discussion

Hello, my name is Ariel Childs! I’m a mom to two boys, a Sunday school teacher, and I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. I love writing Christian fiction featuring Black protagonists. My current project is a series titled 'Island of Sheqer'.

My son and I are currently reading 'The Wolf Soldier', Book One of the 'Lightraider Academy' series. If anyone has read it, let me know what you think! I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Ariel,

Welcome to the group. May your connections serve you well.

Thank you!

This book explores life, love, resilience, personal growth, and finding purpose through difficult seasons. I noticed that you review nonfiction, including Christian books, and wanted to ask whether this title might be suitable for your review interests.
