Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi:
I just found that some random user (no photo, no nothing) called just "QW" review-bombed my books giving most of them a 1-star review.
Checking the user profile (https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/6...) it has "only" 1-star review (I say "only" because he rated 27101 books with 1 star).

I think it's more than evident that this is a fake profile that is just dumping the stats of other books. Can you please review and take appropiate action?

Thanks.

Contact support. It's nothing to do with librarians. Please read the group description again.

Ok will do. Last time I contacted support they told me to reach librarians group :)
