I'm writing a story about a girl who gets in a car crash, dies and is revived. She then begins to see dead people, any ideas on where I should take it from there???

is this supposed to be sort of a horror thing,because if it is, you can always make it into a kind of mystery thing. Make a creepy reoccurring gohst that keeps reoccurring and the main character canstruggle with whether she wants her life to go back to normal or jump into the new life she is being presented.
