Donna Fasano | 28 comments Seven 5-star reviews at Amazon. The Merry-Go-Round by Donna Fasano The Merry-Go-Round is available through Amazon's Kindle Store, Smashwords, B&N for the Nook, Borders for Kobo.

About the book: When Lauren goes to court it's usually to defend a client, but now she's divorcing the man whose mistakes have cost her far too much. Little does she know that she'll be awarded a rundown merry-go-round. Maybe restoring the circus menagerie will bring her some normalcy. Or will it spin her in circles and teach her a few lessons before bringing her back to where she started? One thing is certain; Lauren will discover that, when she's willing to open her heart to love and forgiveness, life never fails to offer a wild ride.

Myne Whitman | 20 comments Hello everyone,

This is to introduce my novel, A Heart to Mend, to this group. The book is about two people, Edward and Gladys, who meet and are attracted to each other almost immediately, but have difficulty in resolving their feelings, especially because of Edward's past and other twists. The concept for "A Heart To Mend" is from the theme of unconditional love which has always interested me. I also felt that there were not were not enough romance novels set in contemporary Nigeria, and that I could do something to redress that.

Since it was first published in December 2009 in the United States, A Heart to Mend has received lots of attention including reviews by Nigerian Writer Nze Ifedigbo and offer of being published in Nigeria as reported in the national newspapers.

You can read chapter one of the book on Freado, see the book trailer video on Youtube, become a fan on Facebook and follow me on Twitter. More information can be found on my website, and the A Heart to Mend Blog

M. Clifford (mcliffordauthor) Hi everyone! I have a book that I feel fits into this category. It's not a typical romance novel, but is an amazing love story and has a lot of romance in it. It's called The Muse of Edouard Manet. It's about a 21st century woman who works in Paintings Conservation at the Art Institute of Chicago. While x-raying an Edouard Manet painting, she discovers a letter painted beneath the surface. That night, after reading it, she is transported to Paris in the 1860's while she sleeps. During these visits to the past (one visit for each new letter she finds), she meets and develops a wonderful relationship with the painter, Edouard Manet. She becomes his greatest muse, the inspiration for his most famous works.
There is much more to the story than that, but since this is the romance thread, I'll leave it at that. If you're interested, click on my link! Thanks for your time. :)

Delaney Diamond (delaney_diamond) Indigo Indigo by Beverly Jenkins. It's a must have for any romance bookshelf. All I can say is: What a man, what a man Galen Vachon is! He knows how to make a woman feel good about herself, and how could you not fall in love with someone like that?

Can't wait to read Ms. Jenkins' latest novel, Midnight.

Blurb:
Veterinarian Pamela Wilson always used to run away from home to get attention from her status-conscious, preoccupied parents. Years ago she met a man who loved her unreservedly, but her parents didn't approve of his blue-collar job, so she ran away from him too. When the ambitious lawyer she's marrying answers a phone call while she's walking down the aisle, it's the last straw! She runs away again, this time to a cabin her parents don't know about, owned by the mechanic. Does he still own it and is he still single? Will she finally stop running away and make the right decision for her future?

Manasi Vaidya (cookiethatcrumbled) | 2 comments Hi, do check out my debut novel 'No Deadline For Love' (Penguin India), a romantic comedy set against a corporate backdrop. The book is a witty, insightful, fun read, about having the conviction to follow your heart.

Description:
All her life Megha has diligently done what was expected of her: the graduation in economics, the MBA in marketing and now the straitlaced job in a high-profile FMCG company. But lately, she’s been wondering if this unending routine of juggling late
hours and unreasonable deadlines is really her life’s calling. Her mother’s desperate attempts to put her on the ‘marriage market’ are not making
life any easier. And to top it all, Megha’s latest project has been bogged down by a complete dearth of creative ideas, giving her nasty boss the perfect excuse to disregard the blood, sweat and tears she’s poured into her job so far. The last thing she needs is having her suggestions trampled upon by the team’s new creative consultant, Yudi—gorgeous,
sardonic and only too eager to disagree with Megha. And so the stage is set for a quirky battle of wits and some unexpected romance.

Advance Praise For No Deadline For Love:

'A light-hearted, highly insightful take on the lure of our professions versus the lure of life. A must-read for people who believe that careers define who they are.'
R.Balki, Chairman Lowe-Lintas and Director of "Cheeni Kum" and "Paa"

'Manasi has done a great job in her debut novel. This book has some valuable insights on the challenges and dilemmas faced by a career woman.'
Ronnie Screwvala, CEO & Founder Chairman, UTV Group

About the author:
Manasi Vaidya spent her childhood travelling all over the world with her parents and reading all the books she could get her hands on. After a degree in Commerce at Pune University, she went on to do her MBA at IIM Ahmedabad where she was first introduced to the wonderful world of brands and advertising. She has worked in brand management for many years and has been fortunate to have worked with exceedingly nice bosses who have been very kind to her during appraisals. ‘No Deadline for Love’ is her first book.

Dantalion of the Goetia (dantalionofthegoetia) | 16 comments Hi everyone...Im hosting two book giveaways, one on Goodreads and the other on my website www.fantasyromanceoccult.com

Please check out my new fantasy romance Dantalion of the Goetia...

Everyone has skeletons in the closet, though some refer to them as demons, clawing, controlling, obsessing. Within a real life 17th century Courtyard turned religious site, among its mysterious Druid circle and rock-built altar, reveals the origin of local fiction author Tina M.E.’s gothic novel Dantalion of the Goetia.

The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Dept. of Interior and is considered by some “vaguely disturbing,” according to Elizabeth Mills Brown (1916-2008) Architectural Historian.

Dantalion, an immortal angel of God, has fallen from grace and is condemned as one of 72 demons of an ancient 17th century grimoire referred to as The Goetia meaning sorcerer or mage. He seduces a mortal college girl and practitioner of the occult named Laurel, who summons his true demonic form in the Courtyard of the Undead, creating an unexplainable relationship of love, obsession, and redemption.

The settings are rich in historical background, and the story itself goes deeper than any typical gothic romance. “Sometimes we face something so strong it blinds us, sometimes to the point of obsession, and there is strength in the human spirit to see us through,” says the author.

Fiona McGier | 69 comments Hi, my latest book, Two For Tuesday, is about a free-spirited alpha woman who seduces men for fun while she is in college...in fact, she tells the hero she is trying to get the college to let her minor in it! He decides that she is "the one" for him, despite only being able to spare one night a week away from his medical studies. It takes him a long time to convince her that she doesn't need anyone other than him. But when they graduate, she breaks up with him. Years later, now a famous cardiologist in the middle of a divorce, he realizes he still needs her in his life, so he goes looking for her. More hot sex ensues.

Belinda Buchanan | 34 comments Hi everyone,

After All Is Said And Done is my novel just released a couple of months ago.

Summary:
Nobody wakes up one morning and decides that today is the day they are going to cheat on their spouse. When the opportunity presents itself however, it is ultimately a choice. And that choice, whether good or bad, can have irrevocable consequences.

Ethan and Jessica Harrington are doctors who work alongside fellow doctors Gavin and Sarah Williams. After Jessica has an affair with Gavin, their lives are thrown into turmoil as they deal with the aftermath and subsequent fallout.
For the better part of a year the four of them have been working to piece their marriages back together. Sarah and Gavin are still reeling from a devastating miscarriage, while Jessica and Ethan are hesitantly looking forward to the birth of their first child.
Sarah’s hopes are immediately shattered when she learns how far Gavin’s infidelity has gone. Suddenly thrown into an unwanted independence she fights to find her way.
Jessica struggles to repair her marriage to Ethan as they become parents. But when Ethan, a borderline alcoholic, learns a dark secret, his world steadily begins to crumble. His drinking, fueled by this discovery slowly engulfs him. Jessica’s love for him is only matched by her fear of his temper. With his marriage now in pieces and his sanity questionable, Ethan struggles to come to terms with his alcoholism and face his past.

Theirs is a story of the tremendous amount of love some people have for one another, regardless of the pain that is sometimes inflicted.
