I have an iPhone so the screen is a little bigger than normal but you're right. I can't read for too long. Just a handful of pages here and there while I'm waiting for appointments, at lunch by myself etc.

That does make it convenient. You're never without reading material. I hate when I get stuck somewhere without something to read, even if it's only for 5 minutes!
