Luna wandered up to the group of people.

"I'd be careful tonight," she said, "it's a three-quarter moon, prime-time for snorcack attacks."

"I said that there's a three-quarter moon tonight, and you best watch out because that is prime-time for snorcack attacks," Luna repeated herself, head bobbing kind of absently.

"No and no. A snorcack is a creature, similar to an armadillo in appearance. They have spotted, speckled or flecked armor, large ears and a lightly plumed tail." Luna replied.

Luna frowned at him, "I've never been to a place called Mayfield House, is it a school or something? I go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry," Luna informed them.

"I'm Luna Lovegood," she said with an absent minded smile.

"Well, that's nice," said Luna, looking around the room, "Is it hard, being a muggle?" she asked innocently.

"Yes, a non-magical person," explained Luna.

Luna looked at the man in the cape and recoiled a little, "You look just like a dementor," she said.

"Yes, very much like vampires, except for instead of blood they suck out your soul," said Luna, bot reacting at all to the fact that he'd just admitted to being a vampire.

"Are you alright, ma'am?" Luna asked, and then to the vampire, "Do you by any chance know Rufus Scrimgeour?"

"Well, he's not very nice, but I'm not sure if he deserves to die. You get hired out to kill people?" asked Luna.

"But ghouls aren't very smart, why would someone need to hire you for that job? Why can't they just do it themselves??" Luna asked.

Luna looked at him, perplexed.
"What is it like being a vampire?" she asked.

Luna looked at him, "You seem like a very sad man, if what you say is true that being a vampire is so great."

"You've got wrackspurts buzzing all about your head. They're attracted to misery like flies are to honey," Luna told him, swatting at one by his ear.

"Little bugs that feed on your thoughts, making them fuzzy and indistinct. I'm surprised that you can't see them, usually it's only the muggles who can't see things of the magical sort," Luna said, and reached up right in front of his nose, closing her fist on thin air , "here, I've caught one of the nasty little critters," she said, fist still clenched.

Luna stared at him, as outraged as it was possible for her to be. She did a quick legilmency spell, one she had been working on for a year and had finally perfected the silent version of.

"Mister Hellsing Alucard, I do not belong in an institution for delusional muggles. Just because you don't age, can walk up walls, can shape shift, and heal yourself, it does not mean that you can insult me at whim. I will have you know that I am a very powerful witch," she bristled.
