I'm not getting how to vote...?

You have to go to the group page, join the group, then click on the link for "polls" on the upper right side.

That will bring up a whole ton of polls. Each poll has a topic...like Best Romantic Suspense (published 2009) and you click on the tan box with the book you want to vote on.
