some 1 sent me an email (i know, i get alot of them)and it was a dogs diary.birthday-so frail, so delicate, so small
1 week- I'm happy i'm alive...
1 month- my mom takes care of me so well
2 months- today, i was separated from my mom.I hope my new human family cares with me and takes care of be like my mommie did!
4 months- I grew up fast!everything grabs my attention.there are many children inthe house, theyre like little brothers to me!they pull my tail an i bite them, but were just playing.
5months -today my owner was mad at me because i peed inside the house.but noone never ever tought me where to do it...besides, i slee in the hall, and I couldnt handle it!
8 months- I'm a happy dog!I feel very protected in my home.i think my human family loves me and les me do many things.the bakyard is just for me and sometimes i get excited and just do like my wolves ancestors did, digging the earth.I must be doin everything straight because I never get punished!
12 months (1 year)-yay, I'm a grown up!my owners say i grew more than expected.they must be really proud!
13 months-today they locked me up...i can hardly move, I cant look for a sun ray or some shadow in hot days.they say that theyll keep an eye on me and that i'm an ingrateful bastard(this is not cursing, is it?)what can it be happening?
15 months-nothings like it used to nbe...I sleep in the balcony alone, i feel so lonely.my family doesnt want me anymore...sometimes they frget i'm hungry or thirsty.and when it rains, I cant even shelter myself
16 months-today, i left the balcony, i'm sure they forgave me!theyre taking me for a walk........we went to the road, and suddenly the car stops, they open the door and i came out, appily, waiting for a nice family day in the country...I dont understand why they closed the door and left me there...I ran after them but it was useless
17 months-I'm so lost!sometimes i find good people who give me something to eat;I thank them with a glare that comes from my doul.I wish osme of them adopted me!I'd be very loyal;but some just say "poor doggie, he must be lost"
18 months-today i went near a school and i saw many children like my adopted human brothers.I aproached and a group of them, laughing, started throwing rocks at me to see who had the beter aim.one of them hit me and now I have an eye missing
19 months-things can change...when i was prettier, people were compassionate but now, since i'm very week, my looks changed.i lost my eye and peopleshow me a broom or a stick when i lie down a little bit
20 months-i can barely move!today, when i was going to cross the road, i was hit by a car.I was still in the place where it wa supposed to be safe, the saunter.I'll never forget the look on the drivers face, who congratulated himself by hitting be.I'd rather that hed killed me right there, what a torture!
my back legs wont move, very hardly, i dragged my self to the lawn near by.
I'm here for 10 days, standing the sun, the rain, the hunger.I cant move now, theres too much pain!I'm in a moist place and my cfur is fallling...
some people pretend they dont see me, the others just say "dont get too close"
I'm almost unconscious when i hear a sweet voice sayin "poor little doggie, look what theyve done to you"beside her there was a man in a white uniform.he touched me and says"unfortunately, he cant be saved, hed better stop suffering"
the gentle lady, with tears, agreed.the way i could, i waved my tail and looked at her, thanking he for helping me to rest.
theonly thing i felt was the injection sting and i fell asleep forever, thinking why i had to be born if noone wnated me...
Sad, yes. One should be realistic though. Not every pet is abused and abandoned. Pet ownership is not wrong.

Are you describing the feelings of a prey animal hunted by a cheetah or a wolf?
they usually kill it quickly...and your right, not all animals are tortured and killed, we are fighting for the ones who ARE, because there are animals out there getting tortured.
Imagine that we are not the highest species on Earth. Imagine that there is a species higher than we are, who consider us Humans as 'unintelligent' 'useless' and 'unimportant'. Perhaps... Giants?
Now, imagine being caged in a laboratory by cruel and fierce Giants, being tested on with cruel procedures - imagine the fear, imagine the pain, imagine your death.
Now imagine being chased until all of your strength has left you, and then being slaughtered on the spot, or skinned alive.
Imagine being totured, caged and chained constantly by Giants, forced to peform for their entertainment when you are seriously ill. Imagine the fear, imagine the pain, imagine your death.
To poor, helpless animals, WE are the cruel, fierce and senseless Giants. They feel the fear, they feel the pain, they suffer their death for our unnecessary, senseless gains.
Do you need to eat that cow?
Must you wear that fox?
Did you have fun at the circus?
Enjoy that beauty product which caused an animal
to suffer in a lab?
