Girls training for National Gymnastics Competitions.

Natalie examined one of the many large gyms on the VGA campus. "Hello?" she called. "Is anybody here?" She had a class to teach in 15 minutes, shouldn't the girls be there, warming up and stretching?

Hailey walked into her gym, coach sitting down on a high mat. Jo-Anne followel me with Mimi and Nastia.

((No.))

(( Oh.. is it like a school? ))

"Ahh! Girls, I trust you are ready to begin?"

((No. You are like a sports coach. You just walk around and tell us to do our stuff. We are elite gymnasts (Pros)))

Hailey walked over to the small bar, and attempted a kip giant dismount. Mimi climbed up on the spot bar. I jumped up, kipped, stood, did a few giants. Mimi pushed me while I did it. Then, I dismounted, stuck, finished.

(( ok. am i doing good so far? ha ha i almost put so fat... ))

((Yeah.)) "Mimi. Warm up Jo-Anne."

"Nasti! Hey are you doing your dismount chipohara for Nationals?"

"Yeah."

(( Okay, Carly I have no experience in gym talk whatsoever, so I'm just winging it ))

"Nasti!" Natlie shouted from across the gym. "Arch your back a bit more, okay?"

((Ok let me teach you a little bit. You're not supposed to arch. You're supposed to be straight. Other than that THATS AWESOME!!!!!!!))

Cammie arrived at the gym,her usual serious look on her face. "Sorry Im late coach." she said to her,putting her bag up and started to chalk up.

"That's fine Cammie. Just stretch and do your usual warmups."

Cammie nodded,"Easy enough." she said,sliding gracefully into a split and stretched. She got up and headed up on beam.

Hailey looked up at the repulsive leo Mimi was sporting. Gosh, why dosen't everyone just stick to the team uniform? Cara breathed in and out slowly, bouncing off of the floor to the springboard. She reached down, flipping her legs up and bounding up onto the vault. And, stick.

Cammie let out a breath and got on beam with a free jump to cross-split. She had the hardest beam rountine on the team and she took pride in it. She performed her routine and did her her dismount,an Arabian Double Front,and stuck it. She smiled,satisfied. She looked at the coach,"How was that?" she asked.

"Very good! You are defintely going to the finals, Cammie! Keep it up!" Natalie smiled as she cheered her on.

Cammie smiled proudly,"Thanks!" she said,giving Hailey a smug look. She started doing her stretches before going onto the uneven bars.

Hailey snickered. She thought about her bars routine. Hailey jumped, blocked, eagle gripped, and then twisted around the high bar, doing a Tkatchev beautifully. She stuck, and then finished.

After Hailey was done, she jumped up and preformed a Geinger. Hailey smiled proudly.

Cammie looked at her,rolling her eyes."Typical bar routine." she muttered. She chalked up.

Natalie could see tention building between them between the silent insults and glares and mutterings under breaths. "Girls. We are a team here, work together."

Cammie sighed,exasperated,"Fine.But just wait till I win Nationals." she said pridfully,getting on the uneven bars and performing her routine.

"Whatever..." Hailey sent a nasty look at Cammie.

"Girls..." Natalie said warningly.

Cammie landed her dismount, a double salto backwards straight with a double twist.
