Kama's dad finally passed out and she was able to leave for school she had a hand print on her neck and even though it was summer she wore a scarf she had a black guy and her wirst was brusied she sighed when she got to school

Hikaru was talking to some guysin the hallway, holding some books for class. He started laughing

Haruhi walked to school and walked to her locker, not looking at anybody. People looked at her and whispered to each other about made-up rumors they alwaysmade about her

Kama walked to her locker which was right by Hikaru's one of her old friends came up and pulled the Scarf off and she sighed "Kama he did it again call the cops " she said

Kama was afraid of her dad and picked up her scarf and ran she was embaressed

K's locker was right by Haruhi's "Hey Haruhi" he said walking up

Hikaru saw a girlrun and wonderedwhat was wrong but didn't run after her since hewasn't really good talkign to new people

Haruhi looked at K. "Hi K.."

"How are you today Haruhi" he asked smiling

Kama did not go to class she stayed outside under the bleachers holding her knees to her chest

She blinked. "Fine, I guess..."


Hikaru continued talking to his friends and they went to their lockers, putting their books away since they were ditchign school

Kama was crying softly she took the scarf off her neck since no one could see her and her sunglasses off

K smiled "Um Hikaru" he looked at the floor "do you want to go and maybe get something to eat after school" he asked softly

Hikaru and his friends walked out of school

Hauhi blinked afew times, surprised. "S-Sure."

"Ok um how about we go to the diner around like 6 or 7" he said

Kama did not see anybody she looked at her wrist and it was swollen and felt her neck then looked at her eye in the mirror she had

She nodded, getting her books. "ok...but are you sure you want to take me? People can hate you just for being near meand talking to me..." she looked down

Hikaru and hisfriends passed the bleachers

he put his hand on her chin and tilted her head up so she was looking at him "I don't i like you and if they hate me for that then its ok" he said

she saw them and stayed quiet she grabbed her scarf and held it on her neck and put her glasses on

Haruhi blinked."b-but I don't want to cause trouble..." she didn't want him to know how she didn't want to get close to anybody for fear of gettting abused and rejected again

Hikaru and his friendslaughed and girls surrounded them

Kama jumped and moved away fast her scarf and glasses falling

Kama looked at the girl threw one eye cause the other was swollen shut

Haruhi smiled back slightly, not used to smiling. "Your welcome."

K smiled again "We better get to class" he said

Kama looked away hiding her face in her hands "Nothing" she said

Haruhi nodded and got her books and closed her locker. People kept talking about her as she walked by them. She sighed and walked to class, looking down

K walked beside her

Kama started to cry "Its My dad" she said

Haruhi walked intoclass and sat in the farthest seat which was the darkest part in the room with the lights off

"He........did.....this" she said moving alittle into the light so she could she the bruises

K looked at her "Haruhi come sit by me" he said and people looked at him "do you all have a staring problem" he asked

Haruhi looked at him, then nodded and got her things and moved to the desk beside him and sat down

"No you said you would not tell" she said and currled into a ball again

K smiled at her

Haruhi smiled back slightly

Hikaru and hisfriends went to a cafe

Kama did not know what to say her stomach growled and she was very skinny cause she never gets to eat much

K watched the other people

they stared at Haruhi. "Thats the disgrace, the girl who never will fit in." they whispered. Haruhi heard and fkinched, but knew they were right

Kama looked at her and gave it back to her

K sighed and moved closer to Haruhi

Haruhi didnt look up

K smiled at her "Hey its ok"

Kama looked at her in wonder she wondered what she was supposed to do with it

Haruhi shrugged

k smiled

Kama opened it and started to eat it she grabbed her scarf and put it on then her glasses

She nodded but was still hungry after she finished

Kama looked at her "No its ok i have to.......go home soon" she nearly started to cry

"I have to you don't understand" she said getting up and running off school campus

Haruhi rested her face on her fist and leaned on her arm

K smiled

Kama's house was near the cafe and she ran past it and walked into her house

Hikaru saw the same girl from beforerun past the cafe. He wanted to go out and see what her problem was, but decided no

Kamas dad was waiting outside the cafe had a clear veiw but no one was paying attion as her dad grabbed her by the arm and threw her into the house hard he walked in and slammed the door and beat her then threw her down the basement stairs

the bell rang

Haruhi walked out of the class to her locker to switch books

K got his books to

Kama cryed softly and layed on the basements floor she heard him lock the door

Haruhi switched books and closed her locker, her hair covering her face

K moved her hair out of her face

Kama heard her dad pass out and crawled though the basement window she was limping bad and was covered with bruises now

Hikaru and his friends weren't at the cafe anymore

Haruhi blinked

Kama fell to the ground and was to weak to go any fauther

k smiled at her

Hikaru found her and he was alone. He walked over and helped her to her feet, letting her lean on him for suport. "You ok?"

She smiled back slightly

K was ready for school to end

Kama did not answer her whole body hurt from getting pushed down the stairs she had hand prints all over her

Hikaru sighed and picked her up easily and walked to the nearest hospital

The bell rang for school to end. Haruhi walked out of school
