I want to gain 2 more poundsand finish MASH COW, finish editing Life Sucks, and then finish POF by Valentine's Day
To eat healthier (though I know I won't stick by that) and to write every day, no matter how little I write, just to keep my brain muscle working.

But ummm maybe today. XD
Hmm. Finish the shadows, get at least three zines out, do more with my community service group, trying to be less annoying, take more pictures. I've discovered a new tradition-- eating junk food on new years eve then your new years resolution is to eath healthier.
No New Year's resolutions. I never follow through, because I forget them. Well, I guess my BFS goals are my new year's resolutions. And those are in my topic. :)
I want to lose at least 15 pounds, read 200 books this year, finish a story that I'm writing, etc. :-)

Hi everyone,My name is Kevin and I just joined this website. I would like to become a stronger writer but I don't know where to begin. I want some advice on how to organize stories and pretty much how write anything. Thanks.
-Kevin
How to write anything? Write. Keep writing. Write every day, and your writing will get better. And you can post someon here if you want and we can read it and offer suggustions.
For organizing stories, I just write out different plot points, etc on notecards... you can ask around about that. People have different strategies.
I agree with Marisol, Just keep writing, and writing, and writing eventually you will develop a style, and a genre you enjoy to write about, and in time everything will fall into place!

Hi Everyone and a Happy New Year,I've just joined your group and am really excited, I have been writing for about 18 months and have taken a couple of creative writing courses and starting a Writing for children course in January. My resolution would be to write more regularly, rather than doing a lot in one go. Also to meet new friends who understand and enjoy writing and reading like I do.
Here's to friendship and successful writing in 2010.
Anita :) x
Welcome Anita! What part of Gwynedd do you come from? I was born and at least partly brought up in Tywyn, Merioneth.

Hi Paul'You aren't going to believe it, but I live in Aberdyfi. Lived here for 8yrs, and lived in Tywyn since I was about 7yrs old before.Probably seen you around.
How are you getting on with your writing goal for this year? Still new to me, but I did manage about 600 words today. Really chuffed.
Yep, I still have a mother in Tywyn, and we have some property up above Llanegryn, so I'm there several times a year. I'll let you know when we're next going to visit. So far I'm managing my 1000 words plus per day, but the major focus right now is editing my backlog to submissable standards.
Well done you!
