Don,What did you think of Noah's Compass? I finished it a few books ago ( my brief review is posted on my 2010 list).I enjoy her writing and sly humor. The reviews of it that I read weren't stellar, but I thought it was enjoyable.

Good for you. I enjoy reading and reviewing kids' books. I've joined the Childrens' Books group and regularly participate in their selections. Sometimes, I think these books are quite good for one's imagination!

I would like to read more of his stuff though!
I've had Great Expectations for years and I look at it now and then and put it down. I'm not sure why but it never calls to me.

Maybe 2011 will be the year.
