Beyond Reality discussion

Hi everyone,

In January, our Books of the Month are:

Science Fiction: On Basilisk Station by David Weber

Fantasy: To Reign in Hell by Steven Brust

I've set up the polls and discussion folders, so we're all set to go! I didn't get the chance to read either book (although I've read the Steven Brust one several years ago), so if anyone would like to volunteer to lead the discussion, please send me a message. All it involves is posting some questions relevant to the book every few days, and making sure spoiler and non-spoiler threads are clearly marked.

We also finished the polls deciding our March books, so we now have the schedule for the next few months:

February Science Fiction: Darwinia A Novel of a Very Different Twentieth Century by Robert Charles Wilson

February Fantasy: The Bone Doll's Twin by Lynn Flewelling

March Science Fiction: This Alien Shore by C.S. Friedman

March Fantasy: Flesh and Spirit by Carol Berg

The polls about our October books have ended, and I'm happy to report that we have a new edition to our Hall of Fame! To Ride Hell's Chasm by (group member) Janny Wurts has been added to our Fantasy top 10 Hall of Fame!
