I'm glad you started the Weather Warden series. I just finished Book 8 today. At first I really did get bogged down in all the weather-talk, but once I settled into the lingo, I have enjoyed the series immensely. I see you've read the Morganville Vampire series...that one is next on my list since I've definitely taken to Rachel Caine's books.

Yeah my friend read all her books and told me to read them, I started with MV and I'm waiting for the library to gimme more Weather Warden books :) Definitely enjoying them!

It was really good! I am now addicted and am on book 4 of the series. Book 5 comes out in May. Rose is a strong female lead with a lot of sass. It is less romantic than twilight (if you have read that).

I wish I could read at night, I get tired and my eyes start to close...the yawns start...it just gets ugly...my favorite time to read is in the morning, I like to grab my cup of coffee in the morning and crawl back into bed, prop the pillows up behind my back and turn the pages!! When I worked, if I had to work a morning shift, I would get up an extra hour or two early JUST so I could read and ease my way into my day...=)

It was good. I found myself through it quickly and wanting the sequel, which is always a good sign. I'd recommend it with the the warning that it wouldn't be EVERYONE'S cup of tea. I can see why there are mixed reviews. I am reading the second one now, but I'm not very far along.

Ok now that I've read all three I don't think I like the trilogy as much as I was hoping I would. Book 3 dragged on and on. Was too slow in the beginning, and didn't end the way I was hoping.
