What experiences have any of you had with Bikram style yoga?

Just this week I attended my first 90-minute session in the sweltering 105 degree, 50% humidity room and found that this style took everything I love about Yoga away from me. I'm not sure if it was just the teacher (studio) or if my experience is indictive of the actual practice. My biggest complaint is that the teacher sounded like she was at an auction..(read fast)...Put your left next to right foot, left foot next to your right foot, squeeze tight, squeeze tight and release. It felt so "all or nothing" and even the relaxation pose wasn't relaxing (and usually "corpse pose" is relaxing for me). Any thoughts?

Here's a video about Bikram....I think it just seems to hardcore, meaning that its a "no excuses," more athetic form of yoga. I think I just had a bad experience... Oh well that's what life's about - experience.
