Open Mind, Open Heart discussion

So when I ran out on Bikram Yoga (60 minutes into the 90 minute session...I'm such a wuss) I apologized and said Kundalini is really my first love! This is an amazing practice for anyone looking to heighten their awareness. I didn't realize what an impact it had on me until the session ended in November.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this yoga practice...or perhaps book recommendations?
