Heather | 8550 comments I found this biography very enlightening. A little dry at times, definitely not a flowing fiction novel, but very informative nonetheless. I read this 700+ page book after I saw the Rodin Museums in Philadelphia, PA and Paris, France and it helped me see the reasoning and circumstances behind his works. Frederic V. Grunfeld did a lot of homework in writing this book which helps to peak anyone's interest in one of the greatest sculptors.

Veronica Perdomo | 7 comments I think I could stand to read this. I think Rodin is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but I tire of seeing the same works everywhere. He doesn't thrill me like he did at first blush... Maybe this biography would foster a new found appreciation in me.
