Being locked in a cell is stupid. Being locked in a cell becasue your story was rejected, now that's bogus.

Megan looked over to Jamie.

"There has to be a way to convince them." Though she said this all the time.

Megan rolled her eyes.

"I'm sorry, it's just annoying is all. "People saw what happened. "But they testified against me." She sighed and laid back on her bed.

"I know."

"But you have to admit, they held a pretty convincing argument. "Though lying."

Joe was pushed into a cell by the guards, he glared at them with pure-hatred.

Jamie stood up and banged on the bars.
"Hey, you have to let me have my phone call now."

"Great, I'm stuck by girls." Joe muttered.

"Hey shut your mouth!" Jamie yelled. "That'e better than being stuck next to a guy who hits on you."

Joe turned on her, his eyes blazing. "What did you just say?"

"I think you heard me the first time." jamie said, trying not to loose it.

"What's a girl like you doing in here?" Joe asked.

She didn't like to use it but she did.
"I killed a man."

"Really? You?" Joe scoffed.

"Naw the tooth fairy. "Yes me. "He jumped me, and tried to hurt me. "So i defended myself. "I didn't mean to kill him, but he ran into it."

"Then why'd they put you in here?" Joe asked, knowing that if you killed someone in self-defense you weren't supposed to go to jail.

"Because no one belives my story. "So they shoved my in this place."

"Lucky you." Joe smiled, his eyes wandering her body.

"EYES IN YOUR HEAD FREAK!!" She yelled. "I bet i can tell what your in here for."

"What?" Joe asked, smiling.

"Your either a rappist or you had sex with minors. "Just the glaze in your eyes."

"You're good at guessing." Joe smirked, his eyes still moving across her body.

Ruby was put into the cell with Jamie, and Megan. She screamed curses at the guards as they walked off.

"You can curse all you want girl. "It's not going to work." She turned back to the guy. "And you, i bet you want a name."

Ruby glared at Jamie, "Shut-up." she grumbled.

Joe looked at the new girl, smiling slightly.

"Right something fresh and new comes along. "You switch. "That's criminal alright." She laughed.

Joe looked back at Jamie, smiling.

Ruby sat in the corner of the cell.

Jamie couldn't help but smile back.
"Jamie." She said suddenly.

"I'm Joe." Joe said.

"Joe." She said softly. Suddenly liking the name.

Joe didn't hear her say his name.

"So joe." She said. "Just now getting put in?"

"Yeah, took 'em a while though." Joe said.

"I gues you did it at the right places." She smirked.

"I guess." Joe smiled.

"Well i got screwed. "All i did was try to push the guy. "And he flys back and hit a fork lift. "They blame me for that!"

"Were there any witnesses?" Joe asked.

"tons, but they all went against me. "They said that i ran him into it."

"Yuck." Joe mumbled.

"That's what i said." She said under her breath.

"How long you in here for?" Joe asked her.

"As long as my life is." She said.

"That sucks." Joe sighed.

"How about you?" She said knowing it was shorter.

"Um... only years." joe said, not really remembering how long.

"Lucky you." She said.

"I bet they'll let you out." Joe said.

"How? "I mean no body will ever believe me." She sat against the bars.
