There's a thread about if Roran will or will not die, but who do you think WILL die?

I think Islanzadí will die. Almost definitely.

Maybe Katrina will die and then Roran would go on a killing spree because he is so upset.

I don't think CP could kill off Katrina, with all they've been through already. She was captured in the first book, a prisoner through the second, and found in the third.

They couldn't just kill her off after that could they?

Yeah teh elvish queen will die- I'm sure of it. Galbatorix...probably Murtagh *weeps* and Nasuda- hopefully and Arya. Muhahahaha

i think murtagh will either kill himself, or sacrifice himself

i don't think nasuda will die since they already replaced the varden leader once

and i think arya won't die cuz then she'll be queen.

Hmm, I hadn't considered that Islanzadi might die but now that I think about it she probably will.

Yeah, and I wouldn't be surprised if Horst died.

but they've already suffered so much, all the people from carvahall have fought for their lives already.

still...i've had nasty thoughts about elain losing the baby, or dying in childbirth...

I've kinda thought about that too...you know, it talks about how weak she is and stuff.

plus there could be a really cool scene where eragon has to choose to save elain or like do something else and he picks something else and then horst rages.

Oooh, that would be cool! But sad and mean of Eragon...I like Horst and Elain.

Actually it might be a good assumption that Roran will ebcome leader of the varden. And yes, sadly I agree Murtagh will probably die in some heroic way- cause he's so awsome.

Well, you never know. He might be a sad ending. All of the Varden die and Galbitorix is left to rule his empire as he sees fit. I think that would throw off a lot of people following the series.

I think Galbatorix will definitely die. And also I agree that Murtagh will probably sacrifice himself for the good.

I'm not sure if Islanzadi will die but it's probable. And I think Horst will die too...or one/both of his sons.

I don't think CP would kill off Roran, Katrina, Nasuada, Arya, or Eragon. They are too central to the story. I will be sad if he kills off any of these characters.

Galbatorix will be killed. Murtagh will either be killed or sacrifice himself. Islandzadi will die. Horst will die.
The book will end with something about Saphira having an egg.
Eragon and Arya will be together.
Katrina's and Roran's kid will end up being very important, like the last Rider (yes i know, everyone thinks arya) or some weird thing like Elva but less dangerous.
I don't know if Orik will die or not.
Eragon will get to see Brom again.

Eragon see Brom? That sounds so ridiculous and predictable that it'll probably happen!

I agree with you Lizzy. I don't think CP would have made such a big deal about the eldunari and Glaedr giving his to Eragon if it didn't have some major role in the final book. It must be extremely important to some major plot point in the final book.

Naw, he won't work for the Varden unless Galbatorix is dead and he can do as he pleases. I lose Murtagh. The one good character and CP has to ruin him.
