Rose crawled out of the rubble, her clothes and face stained with ash. She coughed, staggering up. "Uhhn.." she groaned, holding her head. "Damn." she groaned, looking around. Her reddish hair was stuck to her sweaty face. She felt like shit. "What the hell.."

She put her hands on her hips, wincing at the feeling of her wrist bending. It ached badly. She heard someone move behind her and turned. She grabbed a broken glass bottle and held the sharp part out for protection. "Whos there?!!" she hissed. She looked half-wild rather than the rebellious daughter of a wealthy government official. She looked around, slowly taking in each detail of where she was

Rose tossed the bottle aside, narrowing her eyes. "Rose." she said carefully. "Rosaline Capulet, but Rose for short." she said, studying him in slight intrest. "Any idea what the fuck happened?"

Jason got out of bed and as soon as he woke up he got one thing to his head "CAR..NOW!" he yawned and did his things, put his gear clothes and left home walking towards the shop.
Jason walked into the shop, it was his favorite place to work, he went to the can machine and hit it quite hard enough for a can of coke to drop out of the machine for free, it was his `special` trick. He layed it down and went and got his tools to continue building his car, it wasn't an ordinary car, he has been working on it for quite some time around 10 years you could say. He forgot he put the car down "DAMN" he hit the pole. He was as stubborn as you could get, wasn't patient or anything. He went to the other side of the office and got the car pull up, which pulls the car up so you could go under and do your shit for the car. Jason grabbed it and pushed it over to the car, he put it under the car and pushed down and up, making the car higher, so he could go under it and work on it. There was a lot of shit under it because he had installed a whole lot of parts on it. He got the stretcher with wheels and rolled himself under the car, he's lucky he had these parts since he was a kid, his dad made him move his ass 24 hours just in case something like this happened, and so it did happen. He went under it and started tuning the car, as tight as he possibly could so it doesn't fuck up like his other car did 10 years ago. He yawned opening his can and started drinking a little from it letting it sit back down where it was after he finished sipping from it. It had everything you need, rockets, turbo x4, flamethrower and some other things. He wanted to test it out. He smirked rolling from under the car and trampled over the car lifter by accident he fell over "Shit" he said with frustration. He got up and lowered the car hurting his leg "Son of a bitch" he whispered getting the car to fully hit the ground.

Jason moved the the car lifter away and took it back to the side. He went over to the garage door and lifted it up so his car could get out. He got in the car and started up hitting the acceleration pedal and also the breaks so he could make the engine as loud as possible. Jason shifted gear over to reverse and reversed the car out of the garage turning the wheel to be face to face with the road. He once again fired up his engine and the gear fan in front sitting on top of the front hood. He raced out around the circuit going over 260km per hour. Jason tested the car for around 1 hour and returned back to the base. He parked his car and turned it off, the engine faded. Jason got out of the car and then went to the side and grabbed the car puller, he shoved it under the car bouncing it up and down so the car could get up. He saw a girl "Hey you girl, what you doing here?" looking at the other guy.

"I hit my head.." she fingered the bump, whimpering in pain. She was still bleeding, but not much. "Damn." Rose turned, glaring at Jason. "Who the hell are you?" she snapped

"Wow calm down there girl, I was here before both you.." He pulled out a cloth here.. he gave it to her.

((Waah this time of apocalypse i didn't know it was already happening i thought it was going to happen, sorry =\))

She glared at him. "Its rose." she growled, putting slight preassure on her wound. She muffled her cry of pain. "This is such a bitch." she cussed, frowning angrily.

"Atleast we survived Rose..But that doesn't matter..look at your wound, sit down."

"Im fine." she protested

"Please Rose sit down..Look how much damn people died, we don't want to lose another one." He yawned with depression.

"Fine." she grumbled, sitting on an overturned trashcan

Rose distracted herself with her French inscribed locket

Boy don't touch the car, it could be hope.

He sat by Rose and looked at Nate "Want anything to drink?"

She shook her head, checking the cloth. It was still bloody but better, much much better. She felt tired...

"You look like you need some sleep."

"Im fine." Rose repeated, reding her chin in her hand.

"Rose im going to tell you this once and once only, we are now a group and we have to trust,give and take from each other. So do not in any circumstance be shy to ask" he said with a firm voice this time.

"Your just going to up and leave? Smooth." she snorted. "You do realize we'll probably die unless we stick together. Don't be a compleate idiot." she retorted.

Jason got up and pulled it out of his pocket "Don't touch anything in here and why are you going to leave.."

"It is mine and mine only, EVERYTHING here is mine."

Rose shook her head. "Idiots." she muttered, walking in the opposite direction to find shelter. Even if she got stuck with both of them she wouldve ignored them anyways. She was an independant person and liked it that way.

He ignored him and looked over at Rose " You really don't want to go that way, this is the only safe place"

Rose turned. "You don't know everything you know." she said sharply.

Maybe i do, Maybe i don't but i advise you not to step in there or anything near there.

Alice climbed out from under the rubble, whimpering as the rocks scratched her clothes and skin. She was bleeding, and bruises decorated her body. No one would recognize her as the cute little girl in the commercials, they wouldn't recognize her as the President's daughter. The dead president's daughter, she corrected herself sadly. She wanted to cry.

"Can anyone help me?" she cried as loud as her 8 year old lungs could handle. When no answer came, she scratched around and found a little scratched up cardboard box, barely big enough to fit even her tiny body. She climbed in, her soft yellow blonde hair blowing in the wind.

Rose nearly snapped, but she heard Alice. "Shh." she hissed, walking twoard the voice. "Hello?" she called gently

Alice looked up when she heard the voice, and a soft whimper escaped again when her sore body screamed from the sudden movement. "Help me," she whimpered tiredly. Everything was becoming blurry, and she swayed a little bit, before she fell, unconscious.

He walked with her.

Alice heard voices through her unconscious state, and suddenly there was a light, coming with a little handle bar to fit her hands. She grabbed onto it, hoisting herself up. Her eyes opened. "H-help.." she said weakly. "F-f-fo-food..."

Rose bolted to his side. "Damn." she murmured, patting the childs cheek gently. "Hey...sweety?" she asked softly, trying to wake the child

"Food...food..." rose mused

Rose looked at Jason hopefully. They had to help this innocent child

Alice looked into Rose's eyes, her soft blue eyes mesmerized by her surroundings.

"Your full of it." he started hating him already, he searched his backpack and all he found was an apple. "Here take this"

Rose looked conceded at the girl, her pale teal colored eyes meeting the soft blues of Alice's. "Can you tell me your name?"

"Alice Cerulea," she said softly, sitting up a little bit. She took the apple, biting into it immediately. Her cheeks became rosy, and her eyes became full of life. "Thanks," she smiled at Rose, giving her a hug.

Rose smiled, hugging the girl. "Your so young..." she murmured

"Almost nine," Alice corrected. "Not that young.."

He slowly lifted her up into his arms, "Rose in my backpack i have a sleeping bag, pull it out. "Sorry Alice if this hurts but we need to get you out of this"

Rose smiled. "No, of course not." she chuckled quietly. "Still, your not twenty."

((I g2g for a few hours, going out to eat sushi. ^^))

Rose nodded and took out the sleeping bag

He carried her over to the workshop, he told her to put the bag down so he could put her down.

She spread it out. She wasn't one to get attatched to people but Alice was a child. It was an instinct.

"Thanks" he smiled. He lowered her down onto the sleeping bag.

Alice tucked herself into the sleeping bag comfortably, smiling at Rose. "Thank you for being my family," she said happily, her eyes sparkling with delight. "I lost mine." Her eyes dimmed a little, but she smiled sadly again.

Rose sat next to Alice and smiled. "I lost mine too." she said with a sad smile.
