America's the Hero! ^U^

Or at least he thinks he is. America is also a jerk and refuses to help out in WW2 until Pearl Harbor, yup that is definitly a Hero. >_>

Let's also note all the Jews that died because America refused to help them, by letting the ones that had sailed all the way to America in hopes of freedom go all the way back and put in consentration camps...

But enough cruelty towards America, he still is one of my favorites.

The reason America didn't want to fight was because they didn't want to handle another great war. Because really who would want that again? Yet some have debated that America would have joined the war soon anyway with or without the bombing. I don't know about sending people back after they have arrived, but I do know they didn't quite understand the full extent of the torture the Jewish people were subject to.

The jews were sent back because America didn't want to get connected to the war and thought that helpping them would make them a target and just wanted to be safe...>_> That didn't go too well.

So, because Franklin Delano Roosevelt didn't want anything to do with the war would turn people away who pleaded for help. Would ignore all the crys for help until the bombing. Sure we didn't want to enter another big war, but did we really have a choice.

One upside about it was woman actually got to wark, although when it was all over they had to quit and go back to being house wives.
