Jacob sat down and waited for a waitress.

Tessa was taking a walk. She passed a group of guys. They started to check her out, "Ai, wait up pretty princess!" one called. Tessa rolled her eyes and walked faster. He stepped in front of her, "Why are you in a hurry?" he laughed. Tessa glared at him, "Get away from me!" she yelled. He laughed. A member of his group walked up to Tessa. Tessa stepped back, "Leave me alone!" They walked after her. Tessa couldn't take it anymore. She kicked the leader guy in the nuts and walked off. The rest of them followed her. There were about 17 guys. She gulped, "Bad mistake...." she whispered to herself.

Grant was walking down the road. He saw Tessa and a bunch of guys stalking her. He felt a growl rippling through his chest. He was a black belt in tai kwan do. He walked up to the guys and started beating them up, on by one. Soon they were on the ground, doubled over in pain. he walked over to Tessa. "Are you okay?"

Audrey saw a guy waiting for a waitress and walked over. "Hey." She smiled flirtatiously. It wasn't her choice. Her boss made her smile that way to all male customers to get more male customers. She looked him over. he was really hot. "What can I get you?"

Tessa's jaw dropped, Wow! You he took down 17 guys.... and he's hot too she thought "Umm..." she muttered, staring at Grant.

Jacob smirked at the waitress, "Wine." he said.

Grant felt her head, frowning. "Do you have a concussion? Are you sure your okay?" He started inspecting her arms and legs. Guys like those made him extremely angry.

Audrey raised an eyebrow. "And you are... how old?"

"18." replied Jacob.

Tessa nodded, "Yes, I'm fine." she said, shaking her head and snapping out of the gaze she was giving.

Audrey giggled. "Fine. But you only get one glass. We're not allowed to have underage drinkers here." She walked away and came back with a glass. "Anything else?" She smiled again.

Jacob chuckled, "Thanks." he smiled. "No, i'm fine thanks." he said, drinking the wine.

Audrey nodded. She started to walk away, even though she didn't really want to leave.

Grant smiled. "Good. I'm glad. So, where were you headed?"

Jacob drank some more, almost finishing it.
Tessa smiled, "I was going to the park. Wanna come?" she asked.

Grant smiled. "Sure, I guess. Afterwards I have to go pick Audrey up, so I can't stay too long."

"Great!" she grinned, "I need to go get my brother from the bar." she said.
Jacob looked at her hind when she bent, then looked away when she came back.

Grant smiled. "Cool. So which way to the park?"

Audrey stared at him, her eyebrow raised. She shook her head. She thought he might be different, but he was just another low life who liked girls for their looks. She sighed and turned to walk away.

"This way." she smiled.

Jacob sat there and waited for Tessa to come. He got up and st outside even though it was early.

Grant smiled and followed her.

Audrey nded her shift. She went outside to wait for Grant. She saw the guy from before and turned away.

Jacob payed no attention to Audrey.

Tessa sat down on a bench.

Audrey sighed and kept looking for her brother.

Grant sat next to her.

Tessa looked at Grant and smiled.

Jacob sighed.

Audrey sat down.

Grant smiled back.

Jacob remained standing.

"So what do you wanna do?" she asked.

Grant shrugged. he looked at his watch. "Oh, shoot. I have to get Audrey. Wanna come?"

Audrey closed her eyes.

Jacob sat down and took out his phone.

"Sure, my brothers at the bar." she said.

Grant nodded. "Thats where Audrey is."

Audrey phone vibrated, but she ignored it.

"Cool. Does she work there?" she asked.

Jacob looked at the sky.

Grant nodded. "Yeah." He stood up. "Come on."

Audrey stood up impatiently.

"Oh cool." she nodded. She gave Jacob a message, letting him know she was coming.

Jacob looked at the message.

Grant smiled and waited patiently.

Audrey paced.

Jacob grinned.

"Sorry. Let's go." she smiled getting up.

Audrey sighed. She was still in her stupid outfit. She kept pacing.

Grant smiled. "Okay."

Tessa started to walk.

Jacob listened to music while he waited.

Grant followed her.

Audrey sat down near Jacob, not paying attention to her surroundings.

Jacob noticed Audrey but didn't look at her.

Tessa smiled.

Audrey started rubbing her temples like she had a headache.

Grant smiled warmly. "Can we use my car so we get there faster? Audrey can get very imaptient."

"Oh okay." she shrugged.

Jacob looked at Audrey from the corner of his eye.

Grant smiled. "my cars this way." he pointed to the lime green Porche.

Audrey kept her head in her hands. She sighed and looked up slowly.

Tessa looked at the car, "Nice ride." she commented, nodding her head.

Jacob turned the music off.

Grant chuckled. "Thanks. Since Audrey wanted a VW Beetle, I got extra car money."

Audrey searched the streets for her brothers car.

"Oh cool..." she nodded.

"They're not here yet. Didn't you get a message?" he said.

Grant smiled. "Come on." He opened the door for her and got in the other side.

Audrey turned to Jacob. "They? And yes I did get a message."

"My sister-- never mind." he frowned.

Tessa smiled, "What a gentleman." she smiled, getting in as she sat.

Audrey raised an eyebrow. "What? What were you going to say?" her voice was suddenly calm.

Grant chuckled.

"My sister knows your brother." he sid.

Tessa giggled and put her seatbelt.

Audrey looked thoughtful. "Oh. That explains why he's late, and why you're still here."

Grant got in the driver seat and started to pull out.

Tessa smiled.

Jacob frowned, "I don't even know you."

Grant glanced at her and smiled.

Audrey glared. "i know. And I'm glad." She turned away. She didnt know why she said that. She turned back. "Sorry. its just- nevermind."

Jacob sighed and looked at his feet.

Tessa looked out the window.

Audrey sighed. "i'm sorry." She turned her body towards him.

Grant pulled onto the street with the bar.

Tessa took her seatbelt off and opened the door.

"It's not your fault. I can be a jerk sometimes." he said.

Grant opened his door. he saw Audrey and walked over.

Audrey nodded. "And I wasn't very understanding about it. Its just, all my life, I've been herded with guys like that. I thought you were just another one. i was wrong."

Tessa walked over to Jacob.

Jacob half smiled, "It's fine, it's fine," he said.

Audrey looked down. She stood up and walked over to Grant.

Grant smiled.
