And I totally agree, people say it's really scary but I didn't think so. It was shocking at the description and intense but not exactly scary.
So yeah, I really wanted to talk about the book with someone! :)
I read Demon Thief last month. I was surprised by the switch in story lines but enjoyed it just the same. It keeps up the ick factor too. I hope that future books go back to the original plot though. I really want to know where it goes.

YES!! I'm glad, that was one of the appealing parts of Lord Loss! I hope he shows up again too :)
Okay I just checked out the 3rd and 4th book and the 3rd book's inside flap immediately starts off with "Grubbs Grady and his half-brother Bill-E..." so I guess it does go back to that plotline! Good thing too because I'm guessing these characters will all connect in some way and that will be cool to see. Plus, I'm hoping Dervish will describe the fight between him and Lord Loss x33
Demon Theif takes place LONG before Lord Loss. You'll see a familiar character or two but not Grubbs. I have a feeling that DT will provide some necessary background information for future books.
I'm starting Slawter right now.
I'm starting Slawter right now.

I'm sure all the books will tie themselves together eventually :)
What was your favorite part about the book Lord Loss?
My favorite part of Lord Loss was when Grubbs was playing chess. I was smiling at his "I don't care" attitude.
Is anyone else out there reading this series? I'd love to hear your thoughts on it!
