I forgot to take my lactaid medicine and went out to dinner and had dairy and it was horrible..

its ok i learned my lesson lol

i miss being on here its been a while..

me neither its depressing, i used to be on here everyday!!

hmm...thats weird...

im bored...im trying to take up some time cuz i am waiting for my dad to get home from mexico..

some gang ppl are trying to take my grandpa's land and he went to talk to a lawyer...its pretty bad over there im scared to go =/

it is pretty scary, i was worried that they were dead, cuz his cell phone doesnt work over there and my grandpa doesnt have a house phone so we couldnt call him to see if they were ok =[

i know how you feel.
i cant eat green food, at all. or fruits and veggies without allergy pills.
if i eat fruit without them my mouth throat and ears get so itchy and my belly feels like im being stabbed from the inside.

green foods make my appendix area hurt and i bloat like im 9months pregnant. then i cant breath bc of my belly A:p

i havent been able to eat green stuff for probably 7 yrs but didnt realize until last year that it was the foods causing my issues.. ugh!!

now im happy and healthy. i just take more vitamins bc i sure do miss a lot when i dont eat veggies.

ok well i like dairy products
