As long as you are from Portugal... What is the one thing or place that is a must visit if you go to Portugal?

I was just wondering. I love to travel but I haven't made it to Europe yet. I want to make a list of places I want to see. More off the beaten path. I think I will just wonder around aimlessly and see what cool old history I find. But of course some places will be a must.
