uhhhhhhhh... STUFF! 2 discussion

Ok... so if you were in uhhhhhhh... STUFF! then you know the rules for the mod junk. If not then...
When We Get a New Mod (by the way, anyone care to tell me what mod stands for? i don't know ;P)
I go by 20's. For every 20 members (not including me, i count for the first ten then it goes by 20) we get a new mod. So if you want to get a chance at a mod then invite as many people as you can. (i know, i have a weird way of trying to get more members...) If, i would be really happy if this happened, we get to 100 members i will add two more mods then go by 30's. And so forth.
How to Become a Mod
1. You have to be active, you don't have any hope of being a mod if you're only active every month
2. Unlike most groups i don't have a 'you have to have at least this amount of post's to be a mod' thing... i do it by, whenever it's time to get a mod, i just pick whoever has the most comments, and i will check most of your comments to make sure they aren't mainly, '((hi!)) hi! hola! what's up?' and all that junk, cuz if you do then you're out of that...
3. based on number 2, if all the non mod pple have less that 100 post's then i will instead hold a contest, it will be different everytime, and I'm hoping, i won't have to anyway.
How to be Removed from a Mod
1. Again, if you're unactive for a month then you will be removed...
2. Well... hmmmmmmm... i would say don't cuss but then i'd have to be deleted ;P. Ok so don't be a bitch to people, and definatly don't CALL anyone a bitch! (see this is what i mean, i would have just been deleted twice)
3. If anyone is removed then i will get a new mod to replace them
4. Hm...... thats about it! ;P

I just wanna say I vote Lisa.. she's good at this and very active.. just throwing it out there lol

... i do it on how many comments you have as long as they aren't all hi... and yea so far she's winning... i think ill also post a leader thing on here too.. like the top five pple with the most comments... not including mods...
