I haven't read them but I've been advised that I should.

I read so many good reviews on this series, but I absolutely hated them. I think that they started alright, but by the time I got to the end of the 3rd book I wanted to scream out of frustration.

I think I got to the begining of the fourth book then stopped reading them. They were getting to complicated and strange. I love the show on TV though, it's nothing like the books the only similarties are character names.

everyone i asked about this books told me they were great and awesome and all all that.i didnt like bonnie, except in a part in the 3rd book that made me burst out laughing.the other characers were ok, except stefan (i just loove green eyes *swoons*) and damon (tripple hot bad guy *swwonns*)etc etc

Yes I thought they were interesting to when I was writing them.

I like the t.v. show too. It has such a teenage soap opera feel to it, but I love it. I, for one, appreciate the changes they made from the books!

I love Damon too! I acutally hope that Elena will end up with him some how!

Sounds like I need to check out the show.

i read just the two first books i wanted to read the whole series beacuse i heard a lot of good reviews on them. the tv show is so great i'm addicted to it. i even liked damon in the books before i wastch the tv show(HOT).lol.
