Charlotte walked into the school slowly, she felt very tired this morning

Ashely walked in school like it was a fashion show. Her locker was right next to Charlotte, "Move it! You are taking up my locker space." She said rudely.

Charlotte rolled her eyes and moved. "happy now?" she asked

"Duh!" Ashely said. She put her makeup on and decorated her locker. It took her about 1 hour to do everything.

Charlotte sighed, esasperated and put her books in her locker, they were all neatly packed with no make up what so ever in there

Ashely made a face and walked away, "She totally needs manners!"

what a meanie Charlotte thought as she heard the bell ring for class

Ashely carried her purse to class. She did her makeup in between each class period so she claimed that she needed it.

Charlotte hurried to class, making sure to get there as soon as she could

Ashely didn't care about the bell, she went there at her own pace.

Charlotte ran into class, she was the first one there as usual

Ashely as always was the last one there. She took the seat in the very back so she could text her friends back in New York.

The teacher was giving a long lecture, Charlotte took down notes attentively

Ashely got her pink iPhone out from her pocket and started texting her friend Chelsea
Ashely: So how did the beauty Pageant go?
Chelsea: Great! I'm a finalist! How's your new school?
Ashely: Stupid! Right when I come in this girl is next to my locker. I told her to move it!
Chelsea: Yeah! They're so weird sometimes, Meg just had a guy walk up to her the other day... Brad! He was cuute!
Ashely: Omg! Really! Meg is such a stealer! Jkjk!
Chelsea: Yeah, Me and Meg are going to dinner with him
Ashely: *squeak* tell him that I remember him!
Chelsea: We did that a million times! Duh! He's your boyfriend!
Ashely: Ahhh G2g! Teacher called on me!

"what?" Ashely asked the teacher to clarify.

Charlotte rolled her eyes at Ashley, she was always texting some one

"Do you have any idea of what I just said?" The teacher asked.
"Um... No!" Ashely said with attitude.
"Well pay attention Ashely!" The teacher said.

Charlotte put up her hand. "sir, the answer is 3465 cubed" she said, matter of factly

"thank you Charlotte! see Ashely, you should be someone like her!" The teacher started teaching and rolled her eyes at the smart girl.

Charlotte beamed at the praise the teacher gave her, until she saw Ashley rolling her eyes. She in turn rolled her eyes as well

Ashely stuck her tongue out at Charlotte. She snapped it back in when she saw Chad walk in. "Sorry i'm late... I just came from home, here's my pass!" Chad said.

Charlotte knew the instant Chad entered the room, she stiffened when she heard the door open.

Chad sat in between Charlotte and Ashely. In the second row.

Charlotte stiffened more when she heard Chad sit near her, she tried to pay attention to the teacher but only half succeeded

Chad saw Ashely texting but said nothing. Chad took some notes. After class he got up.

Charlotte quickly got up out of her seat, too fast because she bumped into another student causing them both to fall to the ground

Chad looked at Charlotte and winked when she looked back. He left the room to his locker. Ashely followed right behind him. "Hey Chad!" She said in a flirty voice. "Hi!" Chad said while stuffing all his things in his locker and getting what he needed for his next class.
"Want to sit next to me at Lunch?" Ashely asked.
"Maybe, I may have plans!" he said as he shut his locker. "Well, i'll see you later. I have advanced Physics next!"

Charlotte blushed when Chad winked at her, she hastily got off the ground. "sorry" she said to the student she knocked over. She quickly went to her next class

Chad calmly walked to AP Physics. He had sat at an empty table for two.

Charlotte walked into advanced physics, she sat at a desk at the back

Ashely walked to science jealous of Charlotte.

Chad heard that this would be a small class so he sat in the back with Charlotte. "Hi, do you mind if I sit here?"

Charlotte looked up suprised, "y-yes of course" she stammered

"Small class, this girl Ashely, I saw her texting during class, can't believe the teacher didn't catch that!" Chad smiled waiting until class would start.

"i know, right." Charlotte agreed, getting out her equipment

"Yeah," Chad got out his notebook with several drawings that went along with his notes. He was a really good artist. He waited for instruction then started getting all the materials.

"those are good" Charlotte said, looking at a few drawings

"Oh yeah! I've been drawing since I was a kid!"

"they are awesome!" Charlotte said, enthusiastically.

Charlotte walked out of class to lunch

Charlotte sat down at a table

After School Chad waited for Charlotte.

Charlotte saw Chad and went over to him, smiling

"I just needed to spend time with someone other than Ashely! She's driven me crazy! Want to walk to Starbucks?"

Charlotte laughed. "sure just let me drop off my things at home" she said

"Okay! Your house is close by right?" Chad asked.

"yeah just over there" Charlotte said pointing as she walked to her house

"Whoa! that's close!"
