My favorite episode would have to be "Come Wander With Me." Its from Season Five, episode 154.
I like it because...well I don't really know why but Bonnie Beecher is amazing in it. And so is Gary Crosby. I love the song they sing, and it's just so crazy. I love it.
I also like " The Monsters Are due On Maple Street." Its from Season One, episode 22. I love the whole actual story to it, and how much it makes you think.
Overall, I love the Twilight Zone.
HIT IT UP PEOPLE!

Hannah | 6 comments I think my favorite episode would be the very first one. I think its called "Perchance To Dream". Its about this person who wakes up and doesnt remember a thing. He finds himself on this town where noone is. It seems like everyone just got up and left. The sadest episode that i watched was "Time Enough At Last". It was so sad, it made me cry. Very unsettling, but very good. I also like " The Monsters are Due on Maple Street" I LOOOVE the twighlight zone but i haven't been able to watch any in a while. :( At least i have the memories!

Vincent Hobbes (vincenthobbes) | 6 comments Two episodes come to mind for me...i don't remember the titles. These two were probably my personal favorites.

1. Three astronauts crash on a planet where they find a tiny civilization of men. One wants to stay and play God.

2. The whole world is nuked. The only survivor is a man who never has enough time to read.

THE SECOND ONE - THAT WAS SO SAD. I loved it though.

Vincent Hobbes (vincenthobbes) | 6 comments I agree, it was sad...episodes like that one made the Twilight Zone brilliant.

Roxy (roxy641) | 5 comments Too many to mention all of them. But two off the top of my head "Time Enough At Last" and "A World Of His Own" (both from the 1st season of TW Zone).

Justin (justinbienvenue) I wasn't born when Twilight Zone came out but I always watch the marathons when they are on during New years I really enjoy em. My favorites are "A Stop at Willoughby" The guy who dreams of a quiet peaceful town, I don't know the name but..these guys steal gold n freeze themselves and wake up in the future, and last I like the "Over the Rim" where the guy gets medicine for his sick kid n travels hundred years to get it.

Psh, I think half the people commenting on this weren't born when it came out ( Including me :D ). And " A Stop at Willoughby" sounds familiar...hmm....

Roxy (roxy641) | 5 comments I wasn't born until (I think it was the 2nd or 3rd season of TW).

"A Stop at Willoughby" I remember that one too (if you can call watching it in the 1980's remembering it ;-)

message 15: by Justin (new)

Justin (justinbienvenue) Haha true to no one being born when they came out. "Willoghby the stop is Willoghby"

Roxy (roxy641) | 5 comments Hannah,

the 60's always has had a fasination for me, and I lived through virtually all of it, but it was over before I knew it. :-( If I had a time machine, I'd probably go back there.

Digitalfabulists | 2 comments Shameless plug here, but as a fan of the 1980s TZ series and as the co-publisher of a new ebook company, one of the first things I get to do is publish scripts from that era. Which I did.

"The Trunk", "Stranger in Possum Meadows", "Room 2426" and "Father Son Game" are the first out, with more coming. The writers of the episodes added personal introductions as well as some personal production photos.

This book publisher thing is kinda cool. :-)

[As it's been asked, these are the TV production scripts from episodes of the second, third and fourth seasons, in script format, with accompanying introduction info. You can read more about the 1980s Season here: http://postcardsfromthezone.blogspot....]
