Silly topic here, but has Firefly/Serenity or the characters ever inspired you to do something that you haven't thought of doing before?

Ooh, good question, Anastasia! I can't think of anything off the top of my head. I hope someone else has something good to share.

I don't know if the counts...though it may count on a smaller level. I have been making jewelry for over a decade and Inara's jewelry as well as Zoe's leather necklace inspired me to make similar designs and replicas of their designs.

That's cool! I do like the jewelry both Inara and Zoe wore on the show, it's definitely unique and stylish. ^^

I'm not sure if it counts, but after reading Serenity Found, I've been inspired to do more research on the power of the audience. I blogged about it as well as did a few assignments on that topic, aptly titled "can't stop the signal". even if our prof didn't get the reference to Firefly.

Hmmm. I make crocheted hats, and although there is a lady out there who makes Jayne's hat replicas, I also make some myself ;)

I also want to name one of my (future) daughters Zoe :)
