Stick was playing with an orb of water

Leaf looked on, jealous that her own flesh and blood could do that when she couldn't

Shae stood with her feet in the water just outside of the palace.

"Hey Delilah!" Stick said happily

Leaf went back to slashing a tree with her daggers

Stick dove into the water and started to talk to the fish

"What's up, besides the war?" Stick came up, soping wet

"I feel for you." Stick said. "I don't want to go on this war, but I don't want to stay home with that rat of a mother...."

Leaf came over. "I really wonder if she is human at times." she commented

Shae swam over to the mainland and popped up near the other girls.
"Hey what's up?"

Stick shrugged. "Hey, want to go to a waterfall I found yesterday? It looked cool, even Leaf likes it."

Leaf smiled grudgingly.

Stick clambered out, shook her hair and then ran off into the trees

Leaf sighed. "Let's go." she followed

Shae climbed out of the water and followed after Stick.

Stick arrived at beautiful waterfall with a big pond. She lept in and laughed

Shae arrived shortly after her and made a neat dive into the water

Leaf watched enviously. She, unlike her sister, couldn't swim

Shae came up laughing.

Stick floated by, supported by water foam

Shae laughed and caused a fountain of water to come from her hands.

Leaf cursed to herself and sliced up a brambled bush

Stick flipped and came tumbling down

Shae looked at the other girls.
"I bet a boy would have a field day if he came right now." she giggled.

Shae giggled thinking about the boy that had shown interest in her.

Shae grinned and flung her hair backwards letting water droplets fly everywhere.

"Well what have we here?" Jaden voice chuckled from the top of the waterfall.

Jaden dodged laughing.
"Hey that's no way to treat a prince."

Stick stared. Rolling her eyes, she went back down to talk to fish

Shae looked up and rolled her eyes.
"Jaden what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be readying your crew for the raid on Aya?"

Leaf narrowed her eyes and turned. She walked out of the clearing, muttering to herself

Stick sighed and came up. Fish had kelp for brain

Jaden sighed.
"They all know their duties. I need to relax since we're leaving tomorrow."

Shae ran to her.
"Delilah are you ok?"

Stick grumbled. "Why do we have to fight Aya first?"

Jaden climbed down the rocks beside the waterfall.
"I hope that I don't have to fight. I'm a scholar and a sailor not a fighter."

Stick scoffed silently at Jaden and walked to Delilah

Shae wrapped an arm around Delilah.
"What is it?"

Stick frowned in concern

Leaf walked in

Stick helped her up. "You don't want to go back, do you?"

Stick sighed. "I really wonder why you can't be normal like the rest of us. Come on, I'll take some of his anger."

"Eh, he won't do it too hard. I can take it." Stick said

"And I stand by you." Leaf came up. She was bitter, but loyal.

Stick sighed. "Just let me explain please? Rather me than you."

Stick sighed. "Fine."

"Okay, wait a second." Leaf said, a glint in her eye. "He's going to lock you up for getting a bit of dirt on your clothes and for having fun?"

Leaf wheeled around and tromped out of the woods, heading for the castle.

"LEAF!" Stick followed

Leaf ignored Delilah, and stormed into the castle.

Stick sighed. "Oh God, she's in one of her rages."

Leaf had reached Delilah's dad and was screaming at him

"Leaf!" Stick had reached her sister and was trying to pulled her back.

Leaf smacked Stick in the face and glared at Delilah's dad

"NO, YOU NEED TO LET YOUR GRIP LOOSE AND YOU NEED TO STOP BEING AN OVERPROTECTIVE, NOSY, CONTROL-FREAK!" Leaf yelled, looking mad

"Ow." Stick rubbed her nose

Haley walked towards the water. She pushed back a wave that came to hit her. She saw Jaden in the distance and ran over to meet him. "Hello, your Highness. I mean, Jaden."

Leaf looked like she wanted to take her dagger and stab it in something. "YEAH? LET'S SEE HOW YOU WOULD FARE IF I LOCKED YOU UP IN A TINY ROOM FOR A FEW DAYS, THE ONLY FACES YOU SEE WOULD BE THE MAIDS BRING YOU FOOD!" she bellowed

Leaf was past sanity. She pulled out her dagger.

Stick yelled and kicked it out of Leaf's hands, catching it.

"STICK, YOU GO RIGHT BACK HOME BEFORE I MURDER YOU!" Leaf turned on her sister.

Stick sighed. "You're calming. I'll go."
