While staring at the different people her eyes landed on Adrian. She couldn't take her eys off him.
((lol i like the name choice. adrian is one of my fave characters in vampire academy))Eli stood up and walked right in front of him, so he had to stop.
((u should!))"Can you hear me?" she said waving her hands in front of his face.
((oh ok. but it really isn't like any vampire book u've ever read.))"Um..well I was just saving you." she said, "You're welcome!" she started to walk away.
((lol i like adrian so far. keep it up!))"Yeah, you would have walked right into someone with the way you blasted your music, I was just teaching you a lesson. And it's Eli, your name?"
((lol ok, and thx!))"Exactly, to teach you a lesson not to walk with music blasting in you ears!" she said. "And nice name." she added as a side note.
((lol adrian is so funny!))She was about to respond but then blushed at his comment. "Thanks." she said.
((oh ok))"So... what brings you to the park.... besides jogging with music?"
"Ha! I know you just made that up." but she couldn't help but smile.
"Stubborn as I'll ever be." All her life Eli was known as stubborn, because she never gave in to change.
She looked towards the ground and started to walk away, figuring the conversation was over and her purpose was fulfilled. But that's not really why I wanted to talk with him! she thought.
"Really?!" she said so excited, "I mean...for what?" she was trying to not sound too desperate.
"Yeah, I guess I can accept the fact that my awesome personality has rubbed off on you a bit."
She grinned, "So I'm your cup of tea? Your alfa in the omega? Two peas in a pod?" she was trying to get him to reveal that he truly adored her.
She walked in front of him so that they were inches apart. She could feel his breath on hers, an icy feeling. "I bet you wish you could have all this." she whispered. "But.." she backed away, "I'm taken." she lied.
"Ha!" she said coming back, "I was right!"
"I was right that you had a thing for me! I just made up the boyfriend thing to see your response."
"If your not bluffing then tell me you don't like me and I'll be gone."
"So, you want to take a chance and take me out on a date?" she dared.
"That's right. So how would we ever get to know eachother if we don't have a first date?"
"Alright." she said, "What you wanna know?"
"That's cool, I'll be 18 actually tomorrow. So, what's your favorite color?"
"Purple. It's a royal color, for a royal being." she said waving her hand like a queen. Slow and with a purpose.
"Really? Can we go for a ride...or do you still not trust me!"
She laughed at how modest he was, "Okay then." she went over to the car, "Can I drive?"
She sighed, "Was worth a try." she got in the passenger seat.
She shrugged her shoulders, "So where to?"
"Um, how about McDonalds? I don't think I've reached the fancy restaurant stage yet." she teased.
"Okay." she shifted in her seat, "So where?"
"Never heard of it. What they have?"
"Yeah...let's go!" she put on her seatbelt.
"It's great, I can hardly tell it's moving."
"Yup...so, have you ever had a girlfriend?"
"Was she hot? Or do you not go for those kind of things?" she said matter-of-factly?
"Yeah, just one...he had the good looks but not the brains, so I had to dump him."
They arrived at the restaurant and she went indside.
Eli stood next to him and ordered as well.
((lol thx! i gtg eat now. brb))Eli sat across from him. She had fried chicken and fried yellow rice, with fires on the side (she might take it to go).
Eli took a tissue and stopped the sauce midway from going all the way down his face. She wiped his mouth and threw the tissue away.
Eli sat at the park staring at people as they walked by.
