okay, goods and bads of each:
cave
good: big, easily accessible
bad: easily trapped/cornered by silencers
tree:
good: good view
bad: only accessible by some on their own
clearing:
good: easy access
bad: hard to defend

personally, i kinda like the cave, but they'd hv to hv an escape tunnel, or 3, or 5, or... LOTS!

We really need something to call the big group of mutants, like in the books they're called the flock. What do you guys think? Here are some suggestions:

Pod, Gaggle, Colony, Screech, Siege, Army, Party, Troop, Tribe, Fleet, Team, Congregation, Wing, Gaze, Cluster, Pack, Knot, Company
