I'm a werewolf. My boyfriend, and best friend, was a vampire. Life sucks. (Literally)

Wolves were howling in the distance. I ran towards it. I shifted gracefully into my wolf form.

Kyla was sitting in the darkness, howling.

Ashley sat in a tree enjoying the darkness. She glanced in the direction of trhe howls but didn't pay much attention to it.

Kyla howled louder. She saw a deer and went after it.

Ashley rolled her eyes at the howls. If they howled any louder she might just let her ears explode.

She killed the deer and started eating it

Ashley smelt the blood. She hadn't feed in a while and she licked her lips at the smell of it. She ran towards the smell pausing behind a tree when she saw Kyla killing the deer.

Kyla looked around sniffing the air. She growled.

Ashley step out from behind the tree and snarled back

Her fur raised and she continued snarling.

((Is Kyla a human now or is she a wolf or what?))

((shes a wolf right now))

((How is she talking?))

Ashley rolled her eyes "Fine I smelled blood. No need to get all uptight. I didn't know the wolves had desended over here. Relax."

Kyla's growl died down and she licked the blood off her mouth

"Okay. Goodness grasious. You would think that I stabed you with a wooden stake with all that growling you did." Ashley hoped on to the lowest branch on a tree.

Kyla looked at her and ran off into the woods to change into a human. She came back, "Well, it's in my nature...what can I say?"

"No need I understand. I smell blood I come. Its in my nature. I'm Ashley." Ashley said

"Kyla," she said.

"Well. I've never met a werewolf before so this is intersting."

Kyla smiled. "I've never met a vamp before, either."

"Well then. This is just one big learning experince." Ashley said cheerfully

Kyla nodded, smiling.

"So... Can we move becouse the deer is making me hungry." Ashley said

"Oh sure, sorry," she said.

"You don't need to apoligize" Ashley said "I'm the one who has a sudden erge to suck the blood of an already dead deer." she said jumping out of the tree and walking away. "Like I said. Learning experince."

"I guess so," she said as she walked behind her.

Ashley stoped after a while and sat in a tree again. "So..."

"So..." she said.

"Yeah... I am really awful at starting conversations." Ashley said

"Tell me about it..." she said. "I suck at it too."

"Well tell me if this is wierd becouse it probly is but I am going to do it anyways. How long have you been a were wolf?" Ashley said

"Five years...it's still kinda hard to believe that I'm a werewolf..." she said.

"Wow. I've been a vampire for 35. It still is hard to belve." Ashley said

Kyla nodded.

"What's your favorite part about being a werewolf" she asked

"Killing something and not having to go to jail for it," she joked.

Ashley Looked confused.

Kyla looked around. "Um...yeah..."

Ashley laughed to fill up the ackward silence.

Kyla did too.
