Stormy was sititng by the lake. She had already arrived earlier.

Stormy sighed and watched the water move in slow ripples

Stormy looked up

"Hi" she said shyly

"Stormy" she told her

She started watching the water agian

"Hey ladies" Zac said from behind them.

"Are you new here?" He asked, genuinely curious.

Stormy looked behind her, "hi" she said shyly

"Definitely not. Unless you define new as a 7 year veteran." Zac joked.

Stormy got up and walked off letting them talk, she walked to random tree and sat down.

"Cool. Do you like swimming?" He asked rapidly.

Stormy sighed and sat under a random tree, bored and alone.

Kyle walked past Stormy and did a double take when he saw her. "Is your name Stormy?" He asked timidly.

Stormy looked up, "um yea" she said shyly

"Do you want to go swimming later?" Zac said gesturing to the lake.

"Oh, I just remember seeing you in the newspaper a year back" Kyle said to Stormy in a quiet voice.

"oh ok" she said still shyly. The reason she was in the newspaper was because her dad murdered her mom and went to jail and they wrote an article about it and put her in it.

"Sorry about your parents" Kyle said sympithetically. "Would you mind if I sat with you?" He asked

"Great. See you in an hour Lilah" Zac replied and then walked away.

"it's ok....and no I don't mind" Stormy said

"cool" Kyle said as he sat down next to her.

Zac walked to his cabin and pulled on his swim shorts.

"soo..." she didn't know what to talk about

"Stormy is my middle name you know?" Kyle said, his eyes loosing some of their gloom.

"So much for an hour later!" Zac called as he cannon balled into the lake.

"really? That's cool" she smiled slightly

Kyle smiled back and said, "And you'll never guess what my bro's middle name is..."

"I would have been out here sooner" Zac said

"ummm....what?" she asked

"Lightning" Kyle said, half laughing.

She giggled, "Mine is Marie"

"Hey!" Zac said as he went under.

"Your fun, I like that" Zac said when he caught his breath.

"Lovely" Kyle said to Stormy

Stormy smiled, "Thanks"

Kyle got a text "Hey Stormy, would you like to come to a party?"

Zac smiled

"um yea, sure" she said

"Lots"

Kyle stood and held out a hand to help Stormy up.

Stormy took his hand and stood up.

He slipped away from her and nodded towards the shore. He swam there and waited for Lilah.

Kyle walked her towards a cabin with music blasting loud from inside and teens sitting outside of it.

He sat down on the sand.

Stormy followed him

Zac layed down next to her.

They walked inside. "HHEEEEYYYY" Kyle's friend called from across the room. Kyle waved in acknowledgement and led Stormy over to a corner. "Sorry, some of my friends can be....stupid"

Stormy giggled, "Its fine"

"You know you want me" Zac said teasingly.

Kyle swept some hair out of her face.

Stormy blushed and smiled slightly.

"I know what I want"
