Daniel reports the new Anna Pigeon book will actually be set in New Orleans and a release date is schedule for August. Please keep us posted :-)

I tried to read Borderline and I couldn't get into the story. I would like to read 13 1/2 though, it sounds good.

Nevada Barr is on goodreads. I sent her a friend request, we'll see. I've never met her as I have Tess.

What kind of books does Nevada Barr write?

She writes mysteries. Her protagonist, Anna Pigeon, is an agent in the National Parks system. Each book is set in a different park.

Nevada Barr is a great author. I haven't read one of her mysteries in a while - maybe I'll have to give her a try again in the near future :-)

I think she is OK. I have read a few, some I liked others were just OK.

I really liked Borderlineand Winter study. I also have 13½but I have not read it yeat.

I've read Winter Study and 13 1/2. I thought they were both very good :-) I have also enjoyed reading Hard Truth and High Country.
Hard Truth was the first one I read when I moved to Colorado - it takes place in Rocky Mountain National Park so it was really fun for me.

Would i like to read those books?

If you like Mystery and National Parks then you'd probably love the books :-)
