Colleen This week I will be starting to put into practice the book. For anyone that wishes to join me. I would love to have a discussion about both the book and your experiences also.

Remember the caution in the book:
"If you are currently experiencing an episode of clinical depression, We advise you not to embark on the program in its entirety now"

I am reading Introduction and Part I of the book.


Brian I am almost all the way through the book. I started doing the practice last week, and have managed to do at least a few exercises each day. I find that it is helping me to slow down, appreciate each moment better, and react to unpleasant experiences with more understanding. It complements yoga nicely.
