la sala da pranzo (sah-lah- (prahn-tsoh) = dining room
il salotto (sah-loht-toh) = living room
il garage (gah-rahzh) = garage
la cantina (kahn-tee-nah) = basement
l'auto/la macchina (lah-oo-toh) mahk-kee-nah) = automobile
la motocicletta (moh-toh-chee-klet-tah) = motorcycle
la becicletta (bee-chee-klet-tah) = bicycle
If the pronunciation confuses you (c=ch or k) etc...review the rules for i,e and double vowels.
