Hello! Here you guys can share creative cookie ideas that you guys have made up yourself. Please don't give complete recipes unless you have made them yourself. People are most interested in a short summary of your food item.

Okay! I'll start. If you'll look at the group photo, you will see my Yankee and baseball cookies I made this year for the world series. It's a basic sugar cookie decorated with a hardening royal icing and a more fluffy colorful icing. They were delicious!

So glad I ran across this group as I love to bake! At Christmas one of my friends loves Red Velvet cake so I found a recipe I worked with and was able to make them into cookie sandwiches with a homemade cream cheese filling. I am at work at the moment but when I get home I will load my photo. They were SOOO good and I have never been a fan of red velvet cake but cookies I am now! Very pretty presentation and very yummy!

mmmm. i really like red velvet also. do you like cheesecake? i used to hate it but now it's one of my favorite desserts. especially chocolate cheesecake!
